Coach--
You should come check out the Three Village Yankees as well as the Long Island Tigers and Mariners. They play in the FABL league on Long Island, they got some real talented players. The yankees play at Ward melville High school and I believe that the Tigers Play at Ronkonkoma JHS

To help you get started, I suggest you contact or track down the following programs as well (I apologize if I leave anyone out!):

Columbia Reds
Grand Slam Diamonds (Newark, DE)
South Troy Dodgers (Upstate NY)
Bayside Yankees (Obviously!)
Northern Virginia Barnstormers
Mt Airy Goldstar American Legion (MD)
Severna Park American Legion (MD)
Frederick American Legion (MD)
Frederick Hustlers (MD)
Chaney Enterprise American Legion (MD)
Greenbelt American Legion (MD)
Harford Sox (MD)
Maryland Monarchs (MD)
Stahl Post American Legion (DE)
Carroll County Rangers (MD)
Maryland Orioles
Mile One Mustangs (MD)
Putty Hill Baseball (MD)
Arlington Hillcats (VA)
Maryland Patriots
Chesapeake Clippers (MD)

To name a few. Coaches, players and parents would love for you and your coaching staff to come by and check out the teams.

We are very pleased with our Division I programs in MD (Towson, UMBC, Maryland, Mt. St. Mary's), but they are not always good fits for many of the players in the mid-Atlantic region.

Good Luck!

The PG BCS tournament this weekend on Long Island was loaded with many of the best players/teams the Northeast has to offer.

Crollss, Heaven it is/was.... I drove out again Sunday morning to watch the playoffs. Was real sweet watching BYA beat the Georgia stars and send them home early. Only disappointment was not having one of the true NE teams represent the North at the BCS championship in Minn. Was rooting for the Titans, BYA or Cards to win it but hat's off to the PR team as well as your son's Cardinal team on great showing.

There is a great 18 year old team in New Jersey called Tri-State Arsenal every player is a stud. If you're looking for younger kids there is a graet 15U team in Lancaster, PA called the Lanco Cobras.

"Practice."-Tiger Woods when asked what he would do after failing to make the cut at the U.S. Open.

"When nothing seems to help, I go and look at a stone-cutter hammering away at his rock perhaps 100 times without as much as a crack showing. Yet at the 101st blow, it will split in two, and I know it was not that blow that did it, but all that had gone before."

The Other day at my game a team mate of mine brought up something really shocking.
A kid who was a pretty good ball player who really killed the ball started an all out brawl.
Going to games around the area people who I never met before knew about it and said that it was one of the worst fights between opposing players he's ever seen. There was a bat involved in the fight and it was real serious. If anyone knows anything about or about this kid please let me know. Would you want to be on his team?
