I see that Tim Melville has committed to UNC.

Congratulations to Tim and UNC! I had the opportunity to watch Tim in San Diego and he is not only a great ball player, he is also seems to be a great kid.

I may be a little one sided on this one but I think UNC’s group of 08's is shaping up pretty well (tongue placed firmly in cheek) Of course the big question on Tim is if he will go pro or play college ball. (IMO he is a 1st round talent) Could be a fun time in Chapel Hill.

With all due respect to jerseydad's son and also to Midlo Son, who I love like my own son, Tim Melville is and always has been the best pitcher in the 2008 class.

And you'll never see him in powder blue. He will get the big bucks next June for sure.
