I'm very proud to announce that my son (an '09 RHP from San Diego) has committed to play baseball for Coach Leggett at Clemson University. HSBBW has been an invaluable resource throughout the entire process and really helped equip us with a lot of knowledge and community experience to make the recruiting roller coaster go a LOT smoother. Thanks to everyone (especially TPM) for their stories, opinions, info, and valued insight.

We can relax now and enjoy the last year of HS as the excitement builds for the 2010 season and beyond.

GO TIGERS!!

Congrats on a great choice of schools and a great baseball program. Lets see Robs son is going to be a Blue Devil. My son is now a Tar Heel and your son will be a Tiger. Its going to be fun to meet each other over the next few years and watch our kids compete against one another. Now your son can relax , continue to work hard and enjoy his senior year without the pressure of wondering where he will be next year. Congrats!!!

Very cool indeed to have other ACC-recruited sons amongst the "board regulars" here. Thanks very much for the well wishes and I'll look forward to the enthusiastic banter dialog as their careers progress in college. Good luck to all the new recruits!!

Congratulations and best of luck!

Jack Leggett is heck of a coach and class guy. I am sure you are going to have a great time as a Tiger!

GasMe, that's terrific news! Congrats to your son, and please keep sharing your observations with us during his senior year and college career.

That's a big part of what continues to make this site so successful...those who have been helped through the "recruiting ride" can pass it on by helping the "next generation" of parents and players. Plus, those of us whose sons are done playing college ball really enjoy following the current players!
