Thanks, It does not hurt that the HC throws BP for the Sox. 4thGen had a bunch of great academic and baseball options but he felt like Babson was the best choice for him in terms of the academic and college life experiences he wanted. I hope he's ready for the cold.

Congrats 4th and 3rd. I've been chatting with 3rd on another board since our kids were in LL. His kid is a solid baseball player. There were interested D1's. 4th and 3rd made a sensible decision based on education first.
Note: CADad was also a member of that board. The three of us could be a trivia question. Name three posters who son's LL all star teams were eliminated by a team that proceeded to make it to the LLWS.

Thank you, he's pretty banged up right now but still managed a couple of hits the other day against Pinnacle. His team has to start playing with some urgency or they are going to find themselves on the outside looking in.

Congratulations to you guys. Fantastic school and location. Like I said, had it been an option I'd have been all over mine to go there as well.

Thank you. At least he is not up the road in Baltimore playing against Tim's team three or more times a year. 4thGen's teammate, the outfielder, got wait listed at Haverford and decided to play at Emory in Atl.
Southwest Airline Phx to Prv direct is my new weekend get away.

An Emory alum might even say that it was the right way to go!
