Dustin Hobbs - a 2008 grad verbally committed to K-State as a pitcher. Dustin had several offers but KSU was the best fit and he decided to pull the trigger and put the recruiting calls to rest. Coach McCann, the pitching coach at KSU, is a class act and had plenty of patience to explain the whole recruiting process to novices.........he made committing to KSU easy for Dustin.

Dustin has worked very hard to reach his goal of playing for a D1 baseball program (in the Big 12) and his whole family is extremely proud of him!

I also want to thank Tiger Paw Mom for all her help in this process..........one classy lady!

Hobzz,
I have been waiting for the announcement!

Thanks for the compliment, appreciate it very much, but I did nothing, just answered some questions.

I really enjoy getting questions and trying to answer to best of my ability. I am also happy that we have the HSBBW where so many folks can learn so much and able to use information provided by parents who have been down the road.

Congratulations! applaude

We agree! K-State has a great baseball staff all the way around.

There are several posters on the HSBBW who's son either attend or are going to attend K-state. If interested in linking up with them, feel free to pm me.

GO Cats!!!!...and Congratulations!!
