Is there any place you can find the rules for Pro scouts? My son is a red shirt freshman at the JUCO level. He is being "looked at" by several pro scouts but has not spoken to any of them. Is there a certain time frame that the scouts can talk or are they just watching?

Scouts can talk to your son anytime they wish. The only way this would not be true is if your son was under control with another team, in which case they would not be allowed to talk with him.
