So as we creep up on the big day, where IS the best place to follow the draft?
Web? What sites? MLB.com or Espn?

M&M,

I prefer MLB.com. There's plenty of video, on the top of the line players.

Be good,
David

Do you think that is why I had to send my son's pic into MLB.com?

Last year on the MLB website they had links to film footage of the top players in the draft. It was pretty cool. For the pitchers they had the film footage with a radar gun reading at the bottom of the page for both "out of hand" and "at the plate" readings.

MLSB was at one of my sons games and filmed it as well as doing a close up and having him give his name.

Lefty Dad,
I was refering to the fact that besides film footage we had to email pictures upon request to MLB.com. I didn't realize the footage was there as well.

baseballs 50,

Not trying to read into anything, but it has to be a positive that they wanted some pics or video. Good luck to your son this summer. I hope his dream comes true.

Be good,
David

Lefty,
Thanks, for the kind words. My son has had a lot of his dreams come true, we'll just see which one he chooses if he gets drafted at all. He has a pretty hefty scholarship and a great grade point average. Brings signability into play. Either wayhe has great option!

BTW, you are ok ,you have the same name as my son! biglaugh
