I went last fall to watch a game, the good news is that I got to leave the same day!

Good luck, there is not mutch there. The field at the Juco is nice however.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites in Brenham. It was clean, convienient to Blinn, and the suite had a queen in one room and a fold out single bed in the other room. I would definately stay there again if I were going to Brenham.

I know there is a Chiles across the highway and a buffet family style restaurant, in addition to the fast food array.

Brenham has a small regional airport that has a GREAT 50's style diner. It was written up in the Houston paper 7-8 years ago and has been packed ever since! My son and his friends couldn't play a tournament in Brenham without that being included (even as high school students!) Really good burgers and shakes. Small planes fly in and out just for the restaurant so there's usually alot of air traffic-some really neat small planes-fun to watch.
