If you don't need a kitchenette but would like a free breakfast everyday and free food at dinner time, you might want to check out the Phoenix Tech Clarion in Phoenix. We stayed there this spring break for baseball and every morning they put out gobs of fruit, cereals, make your own waffles, and everyday a different egg meal, juices, coffee, etc. At around 4 in the afternoon til about 7 they would put out big bowls of salad and something like tacos or other foods for free. It was also free beer and soda. You could actually not spend a dime on dinner or breakfast if you didn't want to. Alot of baseball teams were there and it was convenient to alot of malls and restaraunts. We would definately stay there again.
