Just hazy ovecast up here in Sacramento. We've got our last scrimmage tomorrow...18 innings. Supposed to rain a bit late Sunday through Tuesday, and then our season starts with games Wednesday, Friday and Saturday next week. I can't wait!

7 to 8 pm we had lighting, thunder, buckets of rain...1 1/2 inch in one hour. Power
flickered, dogs and coyotes howling and cats hissing...

Great show!

According to a meteorologist buddy of Bullwinkles, in my liitle town we have had...(drumroll and sense of excitment....)
33 inches of rain this season!

I have moss growing in places I don't want!

But being a gentleman farmer.....this rain is like gold from the sky, my water bill is lower than Carol Channing's smoke enhanced gravely singing voice.

I don't know about Norco, but I thought Orange County got their water from the Colorado River ... about which my brother-in-law from Denver always complains ...
