hotcorner -
UC Davis has one for 16-18 yr olds in August 21-22. Sorry, no first-hand knowledge, but should be a good one.

in norcal, i think the stanford camp is your best bet, but that has come and gone for this year.

NorCal baseball has had activities in the past.

Cal and U of San Francisco also hold camps (or at least have in past years).

My son was at last years Cal Poly Slo camp. He enjoyed it, but it was not completely as advertised as the age spread was pretty big, something like 14 to 18 and there were very, very, very few other schools represented there, maybe 2 or 3. Last year, they clearly made it seem in their promotion that many schools would be there, similar to the Stanford camp. I think only Cuesta College, Tennessee and UC Davis had someone present at Cal Poly.

The Cal Poly camp format is much like the Stanford one. Your divided into teams and play a game each day and otherwise do various offense and defense drills and the instruction seemed good. If you are interested in Cal Poly SLO it is worth your time IMO.

Ripken fan, what did you think of the Cal Poly Camp? Our son was there also, (Yellow Team) and had a great time.
