Many of the tournaments are over several weeks but I see you are looking at two consecutive week-ends. I just looked at USSSA's site and there are no 16U or 18U tournaments in this time frame.
I know there is a Easton tournament that this year starts this week-end and is played through the 8th.
Redondo has a tournament you can check into.
If you think your team is up for it there is the National Classic which is later. You will see some of the best HS's in the country there.
You can also get creative and look up where you think your team fits competition wise and call some of the coaches and set up double headers. You will find most HS teams will not play on Sundays since they are already going 6 days per week.
Good Luck!

The Easton tourney lasts a couple weeks and the Redondo is many many weeks, both not good for traveling HS team. Durango in Vegas, and Lions in San Diego are good ones, but in March.

This national tournament, co-hosted by Esperanza and El Dorado High Schools is a week-long event that takes place during the spring break for the Placentia-Yorba Linda School District every spring. Traditionally, the tournament invitations go out the year before.
If a team is interested in playing in the tourney in the future, I suggest the make contact now for next year.
You might also check a site called Baseball Resource which has the pulse on most So Cal tourneys.
Good luck.
