Nuts, I wish we'd known about this. My high school son would have loved to have been involved. is there a mailing list to receive information for next year?

Parent;

We have complete the 1st "long" day of 4 games and seven teams in the beautiful Healdsburg baseball park with a wooden grandstand. Players from San Diego to Redding played with SSK wood bats.

Marshall Brant a former ML player throw out the 1st ball. Today, four more games and "working" 12 hours at the field. Finish on Monday and collapse.

We have a great crew of volunteers, coaches, one played in the ML with the Angels *Mike Knapp* from Sacramento.

To be notified in the future complete a player profile on our web site <www.goodwillseries.org>

Our next event will be the Tampa Bay Rays "open" tryout in Escondido August 15-16.

My son played in the tournament and had a great time. The event was well organizied, and the people who attended were very friendly. We really liked the stands which were build in the 1950's. We drove 8 hours to attend this event, and it was well worth it.

My son also participated. He had a great experience. It was very well organized and ran like clock work. I was impressed with the level of talent. Coach Williams' presence was very positive and quite entertaining, with some occasional strict admonitions about appropriate dress etc. thrown in. The park in Healdsburg is old school and a great venue for watching baseball. My 2011 looks forward to returning next year.

Catching the heat;

Can you please call me. 707-975-7894
We are already planning for next year. Same time.
South Australia will join this tournament and maybe a SSK team from Japan.

We will make a few improvements and I welcome your comments.

The Japanese word "canti" is constant improvement.

Are you attending the Tampa Bay tryout in Escondido
this weekend? We will have a SSK bat special for you.
It is a "tunnel bat". 33" 36 ounce.

It appears our largest turnout in three previous years.

We are going to try to make it. My younger son and wife are returning from a 3 week trip to Greece.

He really likes the whip of new SSK but feels it might not be as durable as the Bonds 243 was. He really liked that bat.
