Winter Catching Camp
Presented by Trombly Baseball

Date: January 27, 2008 (Sunday)
Time: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Lunch Break from 12:00-1:00)
Location: Mazmanian Field @ Mt. San Antonio College
Ages: 13-18
Camp Cost: FREE!

The camp will target the fundamentals of receiving/framing, blocking balls, throwing mechanics, fielding bunts, footwork, blocking the plate, and calling a game.

Drafted in 2006 by the Los Angeles Angels in the 1st round
Invited to Big League Spring Training this year

Matt Wallach (Los Angeles Dodgers)
Drafted in 2007 by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 22nd Round
Drafted in 2005 by the New York Yankees in the 23rd Round

Austin Romine (New York Yankees)
Drafted in 2007 by the New York Yankees in the 2nd Round

Unfortunately due to the rain we are going to have to cancel the Winter Catching Camp. We would like to thank the players who were going to participate and we wish you luck this coming season. We intend on making this camp an annual event and hope to have you participate next year.
