Yes possibly.... My son wants to pitch, however, my husband is now all of a sudden apprehensive about letting my son pitch because of possible permanent injury. My husband feels that pitching will ruin my son's arm. My son has pitched before and has potential (with the proper training). We are now in the process of trying to convince my husband to allow my son to work with a pitching coach. Any suggestions?

Myself being a former Major League Pitcher from 1990-2003, proper training from proper teachers will show him the basic fundamentals that will keep him injury free. It is usually overzealous pitching coaches that injure an arm. Since retiring, I have instructed many up and coming pitchers like your son, some of which are on the collegiate olympic team as well as many college teams around the country (speaking of, one is in the college world series.) That being said, if you are looking for the right and appropriate pitching instruction to teach proper mechanics, I offer those services. I cover clients from SF to SD.
