Teams included in these playoffs are Chatsworth High School, Cleveland HS, Crespi HS, Notre Dame HS (Sherman Oaks), Thousand Oaks HS, Moorpark HS, Simi HS, Hart HS, Saugus, Valencia HS, West Ranch HS, St Bonaventure HS, Westlake HS. I've seen a few (3 or 4) pitchers throw in the high 80's. One or 2 might have touched 90.

There is one at Agoura that's been up to 93

That would be Robert Stock's brother.

There were 32 high school teams when this started. Now there are 16. The next 2 rounds are best of three, which I think makes it more interesting. The semifinal and championship games are single games. I think it wold have been more fun if the championship game was a three game series. I am predicting it will be Crespi vs Chatsworth.
