Anyone have any inside scoop on Jamestown College (NAIA) and coach Tom Hager?

I visited there when I was in high school and was very impressed with the program. Very solid facilities for an NAIA school and an awesome weight room too. Coach Hager is a great guy and seems to be running the program very well. The only negative of the program is that they have a huge roster, 50+ i believe.
