I'm looking for info/personal experiences with KSU-school as well as baseball program. Websites look good but would like to get more-thanks!

Fantastic community on campus & in Manhattan. Many K-State grads in my family, including my wife. They play baseball with the big boys in the Big 12, so they take their lumps. Otherwise, I heartily endorse KSU.

Should add that their baseball stadium & field are less than 5 yrs old. Very nice. The locker room was lavishly outfitted for the players. Excellent facility.

Brad Hill is a very good coach and will move up in the Big 12. Won some national championships at the D-2 level. Good place to be in the near future

I don't know much about the school but they must have scholarship money available. They gave a our HS catcher 70% to play there.

Highly recommend this program. Coach hill is a class act all the way around. They finally have built themselves into winners, and its a place recruits are looking to play now. Facilities are top notch, but the turf they play on gets very hot so be prepared for that.

Id consider myself lucky if coach hill was recruiting me. I went to their camp last summer, and it was the best college camp I had ever attended.

Southpawtexan-after I started this post (hard to believe it was several years ago!) my son did commit to KState. He's just finished his sophomore year and is still loving it! Coach Hill was just named Big 12 Coach of the Year. PM me if you have any questions!
