I'm not sure what you are asking. Did you redshirt your first year, and now are in your third year (second playing) and looking to go to a junior college? Your playing eligibility will be determined by number of years played, not number of years in school.

Be careful if looking to transfer to a junior college then back to a D-I. It will be very tough to meet your eligibility requirements within your course of study if you transfer twice and are going to be in your fourth year of school.
