I know two D1 transfers this summer who are going to D2's, one to Florida Southern. I expect both to play. The changes in rosters and transfer rules trickle talent downhill, as I expected.

Any program whether D2's bringing in a lot of transfer D1's or D1's bringing in a lot of JuCo players, is probably not the best place for a freshman.
