I have looked alot into Winthrop, it's a beautiful campus, small class sizes, has the deegree's that im interested in and is a great baseball school. However I have college guides and stuff that tell about the average GPA and SAT scores but I have been unable to find anything on Winthrop, I was wondering if anyone knew how tough admissions is there?

Big time improvement in the program with Joe Hudak's arrival.

He (truly nice guy and terrific coach) recruited my son for Mississippi State when Coach Joe was at MSU in the early '90s.

Has had a quality program building at Winthrop for the past 10 years.

As reference point daughter attends Winthrop and had 1250 on SAT.Program good for mid-major size school.Approximately 6500 students and close (20 min) to Charlotte.
