Any information from the east coast folks about Fordham University (other than what's on their website)? I'd like to get some perspectives from people familiar with the program. Thanks.

A nice program - I don't know if the same coach is there from awhile ago - but if so, he is older - so look into the possibility of his retiring. A lot of local kids go there - my son has played with many kids who attended and have been very happy. A few kids have gotten drafted - one whose father frequented this board last year. We liked the younger assistant coach Restaino if he is still there. The kids do play in summer NCAA sponsored leagues. I'm glad to see they are recruiting further west of PA. Neighborhood is OK - and not far from downtown Manhattan.
Just checked the website - it seems Coach Restaino is now the new interim coach - he also has coached in the summer ACBL (the Long Island team). So - it's a program in flux - but if Coach Restaino stays, it will have a very good leader.
