I would appreciate hearing any thoughts or opinions of UCF as a university as opposed to the baseball situation. I am familiar with the new coaching staff so I am more interested in the school, student body, the area, etc...

Great Campus and area. Relatively knew campus with newer dorms and had football on campus for first time last season. Tough school to get in lately and a growing student body.

Very good school for academics. Great Computer science and engineering programs. Opening their medical school soon as well.

very attractive honors college (with some nice perks) within the university.
lots of new construction ........big pool, beautiful campus.

Lots of sons friends go to UCF and love it. Excellent area, good programs and costs are less than UF and FSU.

It also has become a lot more difficult to get into because Florida students don't leave the state like they used to years ago.
