What's the opinion of the baseball program?

Good D1 program on a nice campus. No one has ever heard of "Buies Creek", but it's a very nice community.

They play in the Atlantic Sun conference, which is a great conference. Only in-state rival is Gardner-Webb. Most of the conference is down in Florida.

Struggled a bit last year, but they have a good coach and good program. This year's recruiting class is very good so far.

Look for good things from this program.

Forgot to mention but they have a great schedule too. Good conference opponents and a nice out of conference schedule of opponents, including NC State, Virginia Tech, Michigan State, East Carolina.....

Nice coach, Chip Smith. A former VT Hokie footballer and teammate eons ago. Chip was smart enough to go into strictly baseball after a year or so of football.
