Two players from last years HS team played at Murray this year. They came back to a HS game last Thursday. For them they loved the school and program. Was a tough season from a record stand point. Team was young, and they played some tough competition (Vandy, UK, Mississippi, and Univ of Evansville). Both absolutely loved it (they said that many times). Both are leaving next week to play summer ball in Union City TN. Murray's population is about 35,000 and is very isolated. Nashville is the closest major city and that is 2 hours away.
In the great department store of life, baseball is the toy department.
