Next weeks series has been moved to Hays Kansas where Mines will take on Fort Hays

Got to see him play in Portales when they moved the first series to there due to the snow. We are going up to watch them play in Nebraska March 16th - 18th Going pretty well so far they opened conference play this past weekend by winning 2 of 3 against Regis. He had a nice series going 3-7 with 2 2b and five rbi's and caught both games of the double header on Sunday.

CSM BASEBALL SPLITS TWO WITH DIXIE STATE

GOLDEN, Colo. - The Colorado School of Mines baseball team split a pair of nonconference games with Dixie State on Wednesday night at Darden Field. CSM won the opener, 12-11, with three runs in the seventh, but fell in the nightcap, 6-3.

In the opener, DSU scored seven runs in the first innings, but the Orediggers rallied by scoring in each inning except the first. Freshman catcher Scott Hensley (Arlington, Texas/Juan Seguin) went 2-for-3 with two homers, two runs and three runs batted in. Sophomore designated hitter Stefan Revielle (Longmont, Colo./Longmont) was 3-for-4, including the game-winning RBI with a one out single in the seventh.
