Looks "Natural" to me. Need some work on the throwing arm though. I am pretty sure you will be drafted in the first million round. keep up the hard work.

Can someone give me some real advice on my mechanics? For the record when I threw those balls i was throwing 50% those were just warm up tosses. And those were the first balls i threw in 6 years. However I aint looking for sympathy but real advice from those who know what good mechanics are. So any advice would be nice

A suggestion... Post a new and better video.

Why would you have a video camera shooting your first pitches in six years and without a catcher? And on what looks like a softball field? And throwing warm up tosses at 50%?

Even more confusing is what you might expect someone to say after watching that video. More confusing yet is that you say you want to get on a minor league team.

If you're serious find a very good (honest) pitching instructor. That is the best "real" advice that anyone here can give you. You won't learn how to pitch on a messageboard.

You won't get ANY better advice from the above post.

If you are serious follow it.
