Last year when I was at a major university's camp I was clocked at 73mph...with a torn labrum. Should I expect to see a significant jump in velocity once I begin throwing bullpens?

If the labrums healed, I would expect you to throw harder than when its torn...

I am just curious as to how much the jump in velocity will be...hopefully a lot!

I'm no doctor, but I would guess that depends on a lot of things. I believe there are degrees of tears in the labrum, so how badly damaged was yours? When did you have it repaired, and have you followed the timetable and recovery protocol set out by your doc? It would also depend on how hard you worked in your rehab, how much has your body changed since the injury, etc. In other words, how much have you grown, how much weight and strength have you added, is the rest of your body in peak shape, etc.
