One thing I THINK I'm seeing is that he leaves his back side behind. I'm not really sure, but the back leg should kick up awkwardly (not to a pitcher, just looks funny), and circle around. It appears (and I emphasise that because maybe the photos did not capture it) that the back leg does not come up and simply drags. For help on how to improve it, I'd say get with a good pitching coach. You've posted in the Texas forum, I know some (one) darn good ones (IMO, the best; well one of them is the best).
