Video Clips

This site has some nice video clips of MLB pitchers as well as mechanics advice, etc. and as far as I can tell so far the author is just putting it out there to help people and not trying to charge anyone for using it.

Took a quick look. Nice clips, they are of decent quality and you can start and stop them to look a body position at certain points in the motion.

Long time no see. I was just looking at that clip you put together of my son and Oswalt a few years back to compare it to what he's doing these days. Overall, he may have had better mechanics back then.

It definitely has been a while. I've been around though. I just don't post much these days. How is your son doing? I know he's had some injuries. Is he healthy? Where is he playing?
