It takes a little digging to understand the price structure. I'm still not certain what you get for what price and what the 1 year service provides versus the complete package.

Just looking at the examples, if you're going to look at a video and tell me if a pitcher is striding too long, or striding open or closed and not provide more information as to the impact on that particular pitcher than is included in the examples i.e. (striding too long can lock up the hips) then I don't see where the value added is. You probably need to figure out how to add more information as to what the analysis includes and how that leads to an instruction program if you can do so without giving your product away.

Of course I think the prices are too high, but I'd say that almost no matter what the prices were. Kind of the old paradigm that if it is on the internet it should be free.

I would like to understand how you go about doing the analysis with kids around the country?

Many of the better instructors now use video in conjunction with canned programs. (rightviewpro for example) How is your program differentiated?

How are you going to follow up with kids once you deliver the analysis?

I agree with CADad regarding the pricing, it took me a while to figure it out. For most HS kids (parents ) the cost is a little steep.

As I look at what you offer, it's not much different than what you get out of S etPro, price is similar also. For what you offer for a year they give indefinately (Of course N Yman has been missing in action for several months now). Really $600 isn't too pricey if I get Rick Peterson or Al Lieter or Glavine or Dorfman doing the analysing..is that the case? Or do you have some staff guy giving the analysis? I mean names are great if my bang for the buck includes access to these professionals. Without it?? Well I for one would feel ripped off. I see the names associated and ask if they are active or just paid for lending their name while someone uses available MLB software for a large profit.

Thanks so much for the feedback. I didn't want to respond right away because I didn't want to “cloud” other’s opinions.

All of your feedback has been very valuable. From it we already made adjustments to the site and our approach. For example, your points about the pricing being hard to find, we simplified it…please take a look and let me know if you agree. Also, your point about what makes us different….we soon will have a page that directly addresses this question.

Regarding your other points:
- The analysis provides the pitcher with his exact flaws as it relates to performance and injury risk.
- While the other video analysis tools on the market are valuable, we feel the significant difference with the biomechanical analysis is that it is scientifically based….not based on subjective opinions. Based on 20 years of research by ASMI in pitching laboratories, it identifies 14 areas (scientific measurements) in the pitcher’s delivery where he can improve his velocity/command while preventing injury. Dr. James Andrews funded this research because of all the injuries/surgeries he does on pro and amateur pitchers. He truly wants to make a difference.
- The analysis comes with explanations for each of the 14 measurements so the athlete, parent coach can understand them. We are happy to review the analysis with them as well via phone. The strength/conditioning program and performance drills directly address the 14 measurements.
- All our drills were tested in the ASMI pitching laboratory to validate they improve on the 14 measurements of the biomechanical analysis
- We created a 3 month intro price for $129. We thought that was economical for all that is delivered (a biomechanical analysis, 3 months of strength/conditioning exercises, performance drills and performance behavior instruction by Harvey Dorfman and others). Tell me if you agree.
- Rick Peterson and the other MLB experts do not do the analysis. Trained professionals in biomechanical analysis do that. Our MLB experts have authored, developed and validated the program. They also continue to do validity checks to make sure we continue to deliver the quality we promote.

You addressed my uncertainty on the pricing. I was assuming that the introductory package didn't include the biomechanical analysis. I'll look into it.
