We are using the Jaeger throwing program and we are using the radar gun on the pull odwn phase at 60 feet. Does anyone know how many MPH you would add on to the flat ground to have an idea how fast you would be throwing from a mound?

That's really hard to say because it's going to vary depending on several variables. Some kids generate a lot of torque throwing on flat ground. Others need the slope of the mound to help them. Mound height can make a big difference. My son always threw a couple mph faster from a higher mound.
